Good leaders build products, but great leaders build culture. It is not all about giving energy; it's also about unleashing other people's energy. A leader is one who knows the way and shows the way; it's about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence. The very essence of leadership is that you have to have a vision, and leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality. A leader takes people where they want to go, but a great leader takes people where they don't necessarily want to go, but ought to.

He is a sagacious, astute politician who is endowed with capacity, a workaholic who delivers with surgical clinical precision, and I am confident he will excel in his new role as the Acting Chairman of the Senate Committee on Airforce.
I am looking forward to seeing the positive impact he will make in this new assignment. Senator Ositadimma Ngwu is a man of candour who exudes undeniable wisdom; he is highly cerebral and undoubtedly very pragmatic. The love he enjoys in Enugu West remains unquantifiable. He is indeed consistent in altruism.

He is a man of his word, and his actions reflect his commitment to public service. Enugu West Federal Constituency, made up of five local government areas, attests to the fact that the mandate they gave to Engr. Osita Ngwu is worth it, as he has significantly touched their lives in less than three years in office. Every ward in Enugu West Senatorial Zone has one or more federal projects attracted to them by this amiable senator; they feel the positive impact of his representation, with scholarships, overseas-sponsored studies, and sporting activities to keep the youths gainfully engaged, to mention just a few.
