*Former Igboetiti Leader, Atunya, Youths, women Group, others celebrate Chidi Aroh @ 51.*




*•As Councilor Leads Groups in a 10KM walkouts to Mark former Commissioner's Birthday*


The former leader of Igboetiti Legislative Council and current Councilor representing Idoha ward in Igboetiti Local Government Area of Enugu State, Comr. Val Atunya, yesterday, 24th of September, 2025, joined numerous well-wishers, family, friends, associates and supporters to celebrate the former Commissioner of information in Enugu State, Prince Hon. Barr. Chidi Aroh Nnayelugo, who turned 51 on Wednesday, while praying to God to grant Barr. Aroh all his heart desires. 



While leading the group in a 10 Km walkout, the well-wishers sang and chanted "Nnanyelugo tell us something, If you dey follow Nnanyelugo, no follow Conner-conner, our leader tell us something"


The morning walkouts in honor of the celebrant, who was variously appointed as Commissioner for Capital Territory Development Authority, information and Lands under the administration of the former governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Dr. Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi, started from Comr. Atunya's shop at VINO PUB IDOHA and terminated at Ogbodo Ukehe. 



Enugupress.ng reports that those who joined in the celebration of the former Commissioner, was later treated to a sumptuous meal and drinks by Hon. Atunya in his shop. 


During the celebration, the councilor and his well-wishers displayed a large flex, printed to celebrate Barr. Aroh, with prayers and goodwill messages from Hon. Atunya, boldly written on it. 


One of the messages reads: "It is WORLD NNANYELUGO DAY. Every 24th September is very sacrosanct to us as we always commemorate your memorable day.


"Dear Boss, as you fete your auspicious day today, i join your family members, friends, colleagues, allies, associates and Well-wishers in saying Happy Birthday to you (OCHIRI OZUO).



The event which attracted the presence of HRH Igwe Chijioke Aroh, Chinegbundo 1 of Dueleke ancient kingdom,  who doubles as biological father of the celebrant, was a delight to watch as band, Ogene groups and DJ entertained those in attendance all through the occasion.


Others in attendance  included over 20 widows, youth leaders, ward Chairmen, women leaders, Councilors and the Chairman South East Councilors' Forum, Rt. Hon. Dr. Nnamdi Odo.
