•Just as Businessman leads own community to a Peaceful Town Union Election.
As part of his efforts towards development of his community, the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Panchovilla Group of Companies and Estates, Chief. Hon. Dr. Ameh Kelechi Wilfred (JP), on Saturday, 16th August, 2025, disclosed he would be handing over about 80 newly constructed shops, personally constructed by the developer to traders in his local community, Aguibeje/Iyionu Autonomous Community, Igbo-Eze North of Enugu State.
Information available to enugupress.ng indicates that the real estate developer, had a few months ago, embarked on massive construction of ten [10] Lane Open Shops, in the Community, specifically at 'Orie Aguibeje', with each Lane containing eight (8) shops and would be completed in the coming days, and handed over to the local Traders of the community, Free of Charge.
His words: "Today, I visited my ongoing construction of a Ten [10] Lane Open Shops, in my Community (Orie Aguibeje). Each Lane contains Eight (8) shops and would be completed in the coming days by me and handed over to the local Traders of My Community, Free of Charge (Zero Cost)."
Recall that Dr. Ameh had two months ago, on Saturday, 28th of June, 2025, donated an operational Toyota Sienna to Youths and neighborhood watch personnel of Aguibeje community in Igboeze North LGA of Enugu State as part of his strategic Corporate Social Responsibility towards maintaining security of lives and property in the Area.
This was in addition to one million naira Community Welfare Support donated and maintained for several months now by the real Estate developer, who was until recently, named President General of the newly inaugurated Caretaker Committee of Aguibeje Town Union.
In another development, the businessman had earlier on Saturday, 16th of August, 2025, ensured a smooth, free, fair and credible Town union election in Aguibeje/Iyionu Autonomous Community, with new Town union Excos emerging in an unopposed exercise.
The election was observed by the Hon. Commissioner Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Chieftaincy affairs, who wad represented by the Director of Town Union, Mrs. Queendaline Odike; Director, Town Union, Mrs. Ogochukwu Ozoagu; Director Chieftaincy Affairs Barr. Esther Ani; Legal officer, Barr. Gabriel Ogbe; Legal Officer, Chukwunwike Ogechukwu; Desk Officer and Amaechi Faustina, PRO.
Those elected during the exercise include Comrade Okechukwu Christopher Nnabuike, who was returned unopposed as President General.
Others are: Ossai Chibueze Davidson ( Vice Chairman), Ossai Christopher Okafor (Secretary General), Christopher Uroko Eze ( Assistant Secretary General ), Odo Joseph Obinna (Treasurer ), Abugu Silas Emenike ( Financial Secretary ), Evang. onuh Godwin ( Publicity Secretary ), Sochima Urama ( Organising Secretary ), Udeh Chimezie Sunday (Auditor), Ossai Chimezie Godwin ( Legal Adviser), Ifeoma Hyacinth Agbaji ( Protocol Officer), Omeke Ezenweke ( Magnus Protocol Officer).
