When destiny opens a new page, only the visionary dares to write his name in gold.
Thus stands His Excellency, Barr. Dr. Peter Ndubisi Mbah, the Digital Governor of Enugu State , a man divinely gifted with wisdom, prudence, and the rare courage to act where others only speak. He has once again proven that leadership is not in titles, but in timeless vision.
By his epoch-making Declaration and Decampment from PDP to APC, Gov. Mbah has broken the jinx of isolation and realigned Enugu State with the centre of national power, bringing Ndi Enugu from the periphery to the core of governance and development.
Like the eagle that soars where others flutter, Dr. Mbah has shown strategic wisdom , seeing that Enugu, and indeed the South-East, can no longer afford the luxury of fragmented politics. His bold resolve to foster unity among his brother Governors of the region to resist divisive tendencies is both historic and heroic.
He has promised, and we believe, to chart an all-inclusive course within the APC, ensuring that Ndi Enugu will continue to reap the golden harvest of this divine realignment. Indeed, this is “the declaration of all declarations” a turning point in our political narrative, a renaissance of hope for Enugu and the South-East.
In the same spirit of admiration and solidarity, I, Hon. Nze Phil Nnamdi Okoh, heartily congratulate my brother and friend, Chief (Hon.) Emmanuel Eneukwu, the National Vice Chairman (South East), APC , a man of consistency, loyalty, and unbending political faith. Hon. Eneukwu remains, without doubt, one of the most steadfast and tested politicians in Enugu State and the entire South-East. His role in hosting the National Working Committee of the APC during this historic visit is commendable and symbolic of his unshakable belief in progressive politics.
I equally extend my warm congratulations to:
The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, ably represented by His Excellency, the Vice President,
The Leadership of the National Assembly , the Senate President and the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives,
The National Chairman, NEC, and NWC of the APC,

Let it be said, and recorded in the annals of our time, that October 14th 2025 marked the dawn of a new political sunrise in Enugu , a time when vision met courage, and destiny embraced action.
