*ENUGU STATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION INAUGURATES A STRATEGIC PROJECT ADVISORY COMMITTEE*

In continuation of its determination to ensure seamlessly delivery on its mandate, the Management of Enugu State Housing Development Corporation on Monday, 4th September, 2023 inaugurated a strategic in-house Project Advisory Committee to be chaired by

Surv. Christian Nnadi with Ifeoma Eze as secretary. 


The Committee was saddled with the responsibilities of monitoring and evaluating the speedy implementation and timely delivery of the Corporation's Housing Projects, Identification of new sites for the Corporation's Housing Estate Projects, carrying out feasibility and viability studies of new projects, profiling marketing and sales strategies for ESHDC products, Mopping up of available unsold and unallocated plots, spaces and houses and also advising on customer satisfaction and retention.


Information Nigeria reports that Other members of the committee include Sunday Nwankwo and Francis Okongwu, while Bar. K. K Ugwu will serve as the Senior Legal Adviser.


Addressing the Committee on behalf of the Management team, the General Manager, Bar. Gerald Asogwa reiterated  Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah's commitment to changing the face of Enugu State through people oriented Housing development projects; adding that the Housing Corporation must at all times step up its games to catch up with the vision of the government. 

He went on to remind the  committee that their selection was carefully done in line with the administration of His Excellency Dr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah's desire to use the best hands to achieve desired results, thus it was expected that nothing short of excellent delivery was expected. He therefore charged the committee to hit the ground running.


Speaking on behalf of other members of the Committee, the Chairman, Surv. Christian Nnadi, expressed their profound gratitude to the Management for finding them worthy to serve in the committee. He went on to assure the Management that the committee will deliver on their terms of reference.
