Former Enugu North zonal Chairman of the All progressives Congress (APC), Chief Okosisi Chinedu Sylvanus has congratulated Uche Nnaji on his nomination as Minister by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR).
Chief Okosisi who was zonal Campaign Director General (DDG) Nwakaibeya Campaign Organization as well as the Enugu North Zonal coordinator of Oganiru Amaka for Nwakaibeya Campaign Support group, in a press statement, said the nomination of Uche Nnaji as Minister in the cabinet of President Tinubu was well deserved, given his level of commitment and dedication to the APC, especially during the last elections, where Nnaji contested as Governorship candidate of the party in Enugu state.
Chief Okosisi described Uche Nnaji as a man of high pedigree, with unwavering commitment in the APC, while assuring the nominee will bring energy and brilliance in President Tinubu’s cabinet.
In his words, “Uche Nnaji's nomination is indeed well-deserved given his background as a committed APC leader in Enugu state, especially his unwavering commitment to the success of the party in the last elections.
Stressing further, he stated that, “I am hopeful that Nnaji will bring all his energy and brilliance to bear on his office after his confirmation and swearing-in.
Chief Okosisi also congratulated the other nominees for the federal cabinet, urging them to put the nation and the interest of the people above all, upon assuming their offices, after confirmation by the Senate.
