An Oji River Born Businessman, Hon Okechukwu Arinze popularly known as 'Afrika', has congratulated Engr Dr. Anayo Onwuegbu, member representing Aninri/Awgu/Oji-River Federal Constituency of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on his recent victory at the Appeal court.
The Court of Appeal had sacked Chijioke Okereke of the Labour Party as the member representing Aninri/Awgu/Oji-River Federal Constituency.
Reacting to the development, 'Afrika' described the Appeal court judgement as Victory for democracy.
He however, congratulated Dr. Onwuegbu, as well as the PDP on the court victory.
His words. “We congratulate his ‘never say die’ spirit that he has continued to display all these years. We salute his courage to neutralise adversity and conspiracies.
“We congratulate our constituents who stood by him in prayers, especially men and women like us who look up to him as a role model.
