The Gburugburu Free Medical Program on the 4th of August, 2023, carried its weekly free medical surgery on three Indigent persons across Enugu North Senatorial District of Enugu State.
The beneficiaries of the free medical gesture of the former governor include a 12 year old Odo Collins from Ohom Orba, with hydrocoele of the cord and herniotomy.
Others were Mrs. Ede Eucharia also from Ohom Orba in Udenu LGA of Enugu State and Mrs. Agbo Joy with giant Lipomas respectively.
Speaking shortly after the humanitarian gesture, the medical director of the team, Dr. George Ajogwu explained that the program was aimed at promoting the legacies of the former governor of Enugu State, Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and also, in total support of the good Governance of His Excellencies, Dr. Peter Mbah and Barr. Ifeanyi Ossai in Enugu state.
His words: "this is aimed at promoting the legacies of our former Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Gburugburu and in total support of the present Enugu state government under the leadership of Dr. Peter Mbah and his deputy, Barr. ifeanyi Ossai", Dr. Ajogwu stated.
