The Minority whip and Enugu State House of Assembly Member, Representing Uzo Uwani State Constituency, Hon. Chukwuma Martins Ekwueme, has expressed joy over an award of honor handed to the lawmaker by Uzo Uwani Students Association, University of Nigeria Nsukka Chapter.
The student body had on the 28 of July, 2023, organized a public lecture on the contributions of Uzo Uwani LGA in the development of Enug state.
During the program, prominent personalities of Uzo Uwani LGA, including the council Chairman Hon. Chukwudi Celestine Nnadozie, were rewarded with awards of honor, for their selflessness in the growth and development of the constituency.
Hon. Ekwueme who was unavoidably absent during the program at UNN, was however, later rewarded by the student body, few weeks after in the state metropolis.
Taking to his verified Facebook page, the Lawmaker had written: "I Am Honored by this award from Uzo uwani students Association, UNN.
